We ideate contemporary and innovative building designs that make use of modern building materials and techniques such as steel and glass. Being at the forefront of the industry, we focus on niche segments of retail, corporate and exclusive residential design with emphasis on quality of design rather than volumes.

We walk around the property with you, to understand the balance between nature and structure. We take note of topography features, establishing the building footprint by addressing setback requirements to visualize the geographic orientation of the house. The field survey also helps us arrive on the estimated schedule, rough and budget and your desired image of the space.
We develop a schematic design inclusive of concept presentations, drawings and 3D models to help you envision the plan. We visit the property once again with the drawings in hand to ensure the drawings are synonymous with the surroundings. We take in suggestions and after some adjustments, we finalise a meaningful design destined for success.
If you are satisfied with our design and proposed fee, we enter into a contract with mutually beneficial terms.
We move from the schematic stage to detailed drawings with every square foot into consideration. These drawings are made as per prevailing norms to ensure approvals and permits are speedy without causing any hindrance towards construction. The 3D models are rendered realistically to ensure you can visualize the space.
For larger spaces, we work with specialized consultants in their fields which include structural, HVAC, MEP, lighting and other ancillary domains to maximise the output of the design and to best fit your requirements. Sustainability is an integral part of the design and we ensure every design is energy efficient and high performing.
During the construction phase, our team of architects are in constant touch with the contractors to ensure every detail is as per the drawings and specifications given. We drive the team to adhere to schedules and the designated BOQ approved by you. We connect different teams to realise the project harmoniously with thorough quality checks.
After the shell and interiors are designed and executed, the space cannot be considered complete. Our designers help you select decor, art and furnishings to pull the space together in a design language of your choice. Our aim is to ensure the space speaks for you and elevates the atmosphere.
A final check is carried out in your presence to ensure the best output is provided and there are no problems with fit and quality with the contractor and any chances. We wish to have long-term relationships with our clients even after the final handover.
